ONLINE STORE RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind about a purchase , you can request an exchange or refund only where: 

- It is within a 7-day period

- Merchandise is in a saleable condition along with the original packaging and all tags attached

- Merchandise is not worn, damaged, altered or washed

- In the original product packaging with the receipt of purchase

- It is a full price item and NO discount code of any form was used when making the purchase

Please note that sale items, items a part of a promotion and first time purchase 10% promotion (discount code) , lingerie, swimwear, hosiery, jewellery, sunglasses or hats cannot be returned/refunded, unless deemed faulty. 

Note refunds are made by the same payment method that was used to purchase the item/s ( if a credit note or gift voucher was used to purchase the item, the refund will be in the form of a credit note or gift voucher) 

We will provide you with a refund or replace the item where merchandise is received in a damaged condition and/or merchandise is faulty. 

Please note that when returning an item we do not cover the return shipping costs

EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE

A credit (in the form of a gift card) or exchange for full priced items will be provided only where:

- It is within a 7-day period

PRE ORDER ITEMS

Items available for pre order cannot be returned for a full refund, only exchange once the customer has received their item

RETURNS PROCESS

If you would like to return your item(s) please contact us and provide us with your order number, reasoning as to why you would like to send the product back, if you would like a refund, credit in the form of a gift voucher or exchange for a different product. 

Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods to our warehouse in saleable condition is your responsibility. Please do not return the product without first contacting us. We cannot guarantee any refund or return credit if this process is not followed.
