Returns & Refunds
A credit (in the form of a gift card) or exchange for full priced items will be provided only where:
- It is within a 7-day period
- Merchandise is in a saleable condition along with the original packaging and all tags attached
- Merchandise is not worn, damaged, altered or washed
- In the original product packaging with the receipt of purchase
Please note that sale items, lingerie, swimwear, hosiery, jewellery or hats cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded, unless deemed faulty.
Please make your purchase carefully as we do not provide refunds, or cover the cost of return shipping unless an item is deemed faulty. We do not offer free returns.
We will provide you with a refund or replace the item where merchandise is received in a damaged condition and/or merchandise is faulty.
If you would like to return your item(s) please contact us and provide us with your order number, reasoning as to why you would like to send the product back, if you would like credit in the form of a gift voucher or exchange for a different product.
Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods to our warehouse in saleable condition is your responsibility. Please do not return the product without first contacting us. We cannot guarantee any refund or return credit if this process is not followed.
